Who we are

Dr Michael Reynolds is a development economist with thirty years’ experience working in international development. Formerly, a senior evaluator for the United Nations Development Programme and the World Food Programme, Michael has led, conducted, managed and supported independent evaluations at all levels and across over thirty countries.

His focus is on ensuring that the client understands why activities have worked and goals have or have not been achieved. This learning focus is complemented by efforts to ensure accountability to donors and investors on the results achieved.
